All that is needed is a high
speed internet connection
All participants have an identification code to enter the site
Initially the programs loads 15 voters, as the volunteer completes a call and marks it done,
additional voters are automatically loaded into the call list.
A PDF of the campaign data is available for printing
A Campaign can produce multiple campaign programs.
A Manager can have as many volunteers as they can adequately handle
A Manager in addition to overseeing volunteers can have their own calling list

Part 1 enables a key campaign individual or
individuals (Manager/Managers) to:

  • Recruit Volunteers – Update Volunteer Information
  • Provide scripts of campaign calls
  • Select voter groups by precinct, age or party and assign calling lists to each volunteer.
  • Check the activity of the volunteers in making & completing calls
  • Report to Campaign Headquarters important information gathered by the callers
  • View a report of call activity for any
    period, age group, precinct, party.

Part 2 enables Volunteers to:

  • View a voter’s information screen
    while calling, add a phone number, email or mailing address, update the voter’s information and includes check boxes for Yes - No - Undecided and a Note Section if the call requires follow-up.
  • View completed calls made to follow-up a previous call and update the voter’s information.
