Approximately Half of Property Taxes Goes to Our Schools

As homeowners, we have to pay increased taxes when we make improvements on our property. Isn’t it only FAIR that ExxonMobil does the same?

For Decades, the oil industry has circumvented the Spirit of Proposition 13 with powerful lobbyist and attorneys. Meanwhile, our cities and schools suffer with budget cuts and improper funding. Have you seen the large tower cranes along Crenshaw Blvd. lately?
Mike Mauno has a plan to make sure that ExxonMobil is reassessed for these capital improvements. Mike will form a Task Force to make sure that these improvements at ExxonMobil will be re-assessed correctly.

This additional tax revenue will total in the millions.

Mike Mauno will make sure that the City of Torrance & Torrance Unified School District receives their FAIR SHARE.
